Dr. Charulata, the distinguished Course Dean carries with her an unparalleled legacy in the field of embryology. With more than three decades dedicated to exploring the depths and intricacies of embryology. She embarked on her professional odyssey by obtaining her PhD, an academic pursuit that set the basis for her future endeavors. Throughout her academic journey, she has shown an undying commitment to understanding the nuances of embryology, a commitment that has resonated through her multiple published research papers, insightful articles, and keynote sessions at national and international conferences. As the Course Dean, Dr. Charulata Chatterjee's approach to the curriculum is holistic, ensuring that each module is both academically rigorous and relevant to current industry standards. Her vision for the course is clear: to shape the next generation of embryologists who are not only well-versed in theory but are also equipped with practical skills and an ethical grounding. Dr. Roya Rozati is a highly experienced infertility specialist and gynecologist in Hyderabad. Currently, she is heading the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Shadan Medical College, and she is also the founder of Medical Health and Research Trust (MHRT).She is a pioneer in the field of infertility treatments and delivered the first IVF twin set on 4th May 1997 at the Mahavir Hospital and Research Centre, Hyderabad. Dr. Rozati was selected as a Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (F.R.C.O.G.) on 16th September 2005.She has made significant contributions to research on endometriosis and PCOS in India. Dr. Rozati is a member of the Institutional Committee for Stem Cell Research and Therapy (IC-SCRT) at the National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad, and she is also a member of the ICMR Task Force in New Delhi, India.The Medical Council of India has nominated her as the convener of the Expert Group to prepare competency-based guidelines (syllabus), minimum standards requirements, and teacher eligibility qualifications for DM in Reproductive Medicine. Dr. Rozati has authored more than 50 publications in national and international journals and has delivered lectures at over 100 national and international conferences.
Prof. K. Kannan served as the Vice Chancellor of Nagaland Central University from 2006 to 2011. During his tenure, he established two new campuses in Meriema, Kohima, and Dimapur. The School of Engineering, Technology and Management (SETAM) at Dimapur, recognized by AICTE, was the first-ever program in the state of Nagaland.He also established the permanent Headquarters of Nagaland University at Lumami, Zunheboto, moving it from its interim headquarters in Kohima. Prof. Kannan was instrumental in setting up optical fiber internet in all campuses, which enabled linking the Dimapur campus with IIITM, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, through Railtel network in 2008. This facilitated NPTEL lectures for the first time in the country.As the first Professor of Indraprastha University and Founder Dean of Biotechnology, Prof. Kannan established the BTech/ MTech Biotechnology program with innovative courses like IPR, Stem Cells in Healthcare, Cell and Developmental Biology, and Marketing for the first time in the country in 1999. The ratio of applicants to selected students was 300:1 through entrance exam in four years of establishment.In the first seven years, nearly 80% of the students went on to do higher studies in the USA and Europe. Many of them became permanent faculties in IISER, IIT, or faculties in the USA and Europe, while some became entrepreneurs in these countries.As the National Convenor of Biotechnology for CBSE schools, Prof. Kannan introduced Biotechnology as an optional subject for Central Board of Secondary Education (India) for class XI and XII in the year 2002. The textbooks and practical books were appreciated by Nobel Laureate and President of the Royal Society London, Dr. Aaron Klug FRS. As a consultant, Prof. Kannan helped startups such as Mahan Proteins to adapt imported whey protein technology to make Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC 80%) from buffalo milk in India for the first time in the year 1997, DSS ImageTech to diversify into DNA-based diagnostics using FISH technology for the first time in India in the year 1998, and Upstablish (Greenest) to create mock meat using textured vegetable protein having greater than 20% protein as Chief of Technology from 2018 to 2020.

Dr. Bindu Chimote is an eminent speaker, author and an embryologist. She has presented more than 20 original research papers as first author and more than 500 as co- author at European Society for Human Reproduction and Embryology [ ESHRE] and American Society for Reproductive Medicine[ASRM]. She won best paper award at ASRM 2013 and 2019. She contributed 15 chapters to national and international books on infertility. Her major area of research is Follicular fluid metabolomics , endometrial receptivity and reproductive endocrinology.
